ChiWalking is a simple and easy to learn walking technique
that combines the inner focus and flow of Tai Chi with
walking to create efficient, balanced and graceful
movement at any walking speed. Walk your way to fitness!
Improve strength, flexibility, endurance and focus - and
have FUN every step of the way. The ChiWalking techniques
you’ll learn will make walking easier, more dynamic,
relaxed and painfree, for any level of fitness. In
each walking session, you’ll learn an element of the
technique, and it will become the “focus” of that day’s
walk. Meet at Murphy Candler Park in the parking lot near
the picnic area.

running around, too much stress... What about too much
Svaroopa® yoga? This would be a dream come true!
When you take a yoga class, the benefits usually last
about three days, depending on how stressed out you get
and how you treat your body. You slowly begin to tighten
up again. How good would you feel if you did some yoga
every day and knew how to help yourself in between
classes? Those who do this can tell you how much their
lives improve; physically, mentally and emotionally.

your fight for recovery. Learn new ways to strengthen

Gentle yoga can renew the body, lower stress, bring a
sense of inner calm and well-being, and be an important
aid to your body in its fight for recovery. (Wear
